Rap has always played a huge role in NBA culture.

When you think of the Raptors you usually also think of Drake, but many players themselves have attempted to make their own music.

Some better than worse, here are the top ten NBA player rappers, with some snippets:

10. Tony Parker

Great NBA career with 4 NBA championships and 6 All-Star games, but he has easily the worst music on this list. Although it is a bit unfair for me to judge because all his music is in French, off beat, and just just straight up bad.

9. Lonzo Ball

Just like his on-court game, his rapping skills are also still in the process. He goes under the rapper name ZO and released his only album — Born 2 Ball — in 2018.

8. Lance Stephenson

Lance has been a very entertaining player on and off the court, but his music isn’t as good as his skills on the court.

7. Shaquille O’Neal

Shaq is the best player on the list, and he’s also a pretty good rapper. He produced two albums: Shaq Diesel and Shaq-Fu da Return.

6. Victor Oladipo

His music is more of R&B than rap, but we’ll still count it. He’s surprisingly an amazing singer and makes some solid music.

5. Andre Drummond

The Big Man’s rap-game is much harder to find because a lot of his music isn’t released, and is found just in clips, but he’s a very good rapper overall.

4. Metta World Peace / Ron Artest

The controversial player has released a few singles, and they aren’t too shabby.

3. Lou Williams

He has made some great music, including one album named “The Album That Never Was” , and it has some quality songs.

2. Iman Shumpert

Despite not releasing an album, his singles were good enough to bring him to the top of this list.

1. Damian Lillard

He’s clearly the best rapper, and goes by the rapper name of Dame D.O.L.L.A… He has three albums released, and has gotten features by Lil Wayne in many of his albums.
