Prospects who could end up committing to Nebraska
4 Star #1 TE in the country Thomas Fidone
The star tight end cut his list to 6 in March which included Nebraska, LSU, Michigan, Penn State, Iowa and Notre Dame. Fidone is a very talented player that does most of his damage down the field. Fidone stands at a massive 6 foot 5 which allows him to make contested catches versus smaller defenders. He’s got very long arms and quick hands which gives him a huge catch radius that quarterbacks love. Nebraska seems to be the frontrunner in his recruitment with LSU in second
4 Star WR Latrell Neville
The 6 foot 3 Neville recently decommitted from Virginia Tech to rethink his decision. Similar to Fidone, Latrell possesses a large catch radius thanks to his frame. He is also very fast in the open field. The Texas native has set a commitment date for July 4th.
4 Star ATH Tommi Hill
the 6’1 athlete recently dropped a top 6 that included Nebraska, Arkansas, Oklah0ma, Arizona State and Penn State. Hill could wreak havoc on opposing receivers. Picking off four passes as a junior, there are still a few areas the prospect must improve upon before solidifying himself as a corner.
4 Star RB Cam’Ron Valdez
Valdez, a 5’9” 180 pound workhorse for Rockdale (TX) high school ran for 1,697 yards with 26 touchdowns in 10 games. He also added 7 receptions for 177 yards and 2 touchdowns in the passing game. Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Nebraska appear to be his top schools as of now.
3 Star TE/WDE Christian Burkhalter
The 3 star from Spanish Fort, Alabama holds offers from Nebraska,Michigan, Virginia , Arkansas, Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri and Ohio State among others. Christian has announced he is focusing on four schools which are Nebraska, Michigan, Virginia and Georgia Tech.
